Frequently Asked Questions

Your selected payment method is charged at the moment you tap Confirm & Pay on the order summary screen. For service bookings, the charge is applied when you confirm the appointment — not when the service is completed. You’ll receive an in-app receipt immediately after the charge is processed.
If you have an issue with an order or service, start by contacting the merchant directly through the chat thread — most disputes are resolved quickly at the merchant level. If the merchant is unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, reach out to Resquash Support through Account → Help & Support. Resquash reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with our buyer protection policy.
Yes. Resquash stores your card details using tokenization — your actual card number is replaced with a secure token that can only be used within the Resquash payment system. The full card number is never stored on Resquash servers. You can remove any saved card at any time from Account → Payment Methods.
Yes. You can save as many cards and digital wallets as you like under Account → Payment Methods. At checkout, Resquash defaults to your designated payment method, but you can tap Change on the order summary screen to select any other saved method before confirming your order.
