Go to the Orders Tab
Tap the Orders icon in the bottom navigation bar. The Orders tab lists all your active orders at the top, followed by your completed order history below.
Select Your Order
Tap the order or booking you want to track. Each listing shows the merchant name, order number, and current status badge so you can find the right one at a glance.
Order Status Stages
Every order on Resquash moves through the following stages. Not all stages apply to every order type — see the delivery vs. pickup section below for specifics.Confirmed
Your payment was successful and the merchant has received your order or booking. The merchant is reviewing the details and preparing to fulfill your request.
In Progress
The merchant is actively working on your order. For product orders, this means your items are being prepared or packed. For service bookings, this means the technician or provider is on the way or has begun work.
Ready / Out for Delivery
Your order is complete on the merchant’s end. Ready means your item is available for pickup. Out for Delivery means a delivery driver is en route to your address.
Completed
Your order has been delivered or picked up, or your service appointment has concluded. The order moves to your history, and you’ll be prompted to leave a review for the merchant.
Delivery vs. Pickup Orders
Delivery Orders
Track your driver’s progress on the live map view within the order detail screen once your order reaches Out for Delivery status. You’ll see the estimated arrival time update in real time as the driver approaches your address.
Pickup Orders
When your order reaches Ready status, you’ll receive a notification that it’s waiting for you at the merchant’s location. Head to the store and show your order confirmation number to the merchant to collect your items.
If you have questions about your order’s progress or need to provide special instructions to the merchant, use the existing chat thread for that order rather than starting a new conversation. Tap Message Merchant on the order detail screen to jump directly to your chat history with that business. This keeps all context — including your original order discussion — in one place for both you and the merchant.
